For the consideration of Five Hundred Ninety-nine Dollars and Seventy-six cents
($599.76) and other good and valuable consideration,

does hereby Quit Claim to
MARVIN RICHARDSON, a single person,
all our right, title, interest, estate, claim and demand in the following -described real estate in
Black Hawk County, Iowa:
That portion of the platted alley adjoining Lots 10, 11 and 12, Smith's Subdivision, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, lying south of the south line of Smith Street, as is currently
platted, and except for that portion lying east of a line 45 feet east of the west line of Lot 12.
This corrects that Deed filed 5/15/20 as Doc. No. 2020-00019927 for scrivener's error.
This transaction exempt from Documentary Stamp and Declaration of Value per Iowa Code §428A.2(6) (200).
Each of the undersigned hereby relinquishes all rights of dower, homestead and distributive share in and to the real estate.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural number and as masculine or
feminine gender, according to the context.
