RESOLUTION NO. 2007-714 RESOLUTION DEDICATING SANITARY SEWER GENERALLY LOCATED IN NOTTINGHAM ADDITIONS AND EKHO RIDGE AREA. IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, FOR EASEMENT PURPOSES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following described property: K-Line Enterprises, Inc. That part of Section (7) , Township Eight-eight North (T88N) , Range Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City Of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. A easement for Sanitary Sewer purposes Thirty (30. 00) feet wide, lying Fifteen (15. 00) feet on each side of the following described center line: Commence at the most westerly corner of Tract "D" Ranchero Road, Ekho Ridge Addition to the City of Waterloo; thence North 55°00159" West Six Hundred Thirty-three and Ninety-eight Hundredths (633. 98 ) feet along the Northwesterly extension of the Southwesterly Right-of-Way line of said Ranchero Road, and also along the Southwesterly line of a existing Sixty (60. 00) feet Sanitary Sewer and ingress/Egress Easement as recorded on Book 4, Page 190 of the Black Hawk County Recorder' s Office, and to the point of beginning; thence South 34059' 01" West Three Hundred Fourteen and Eighty-eight Hundredths (314 . 88 ) feet to the West line of Parcel as described in Land Deed 537, Page 310 of the Black Hawk County Recorder' s Office. The side lines of said easement to be shortened or lengthen to terminate at said west line. Together with a temporary easement for construction purposes over a strip of land Eighty (80. 00) feet wide lying Forty (40. 00) feet on each side of said above described center line. The side lines of said easement to be shortened or lengthen to terminate at said west line. Said Temporary Construction Easement shall terminate 30 days after completion of construction of said sanitary sewer, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
