BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, Rezoning Certain Property, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to rezone the property legally described as follows: 519 West 8th Street The Northeast '-� of Lot 6 in Block 7 in Doe' s Addition to the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. 1009 South Street The Northeasterly 37.5 feet of Lot No. Seven (7), in Block No. Seven (7), in Doe's Addition to Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. 1017 South Street The Northeasterly 37.5 feet of the Northwest Forty-five (4 5 ) feet of Lot No. Eight ( 8) , in Block No. Seven ( 7 ) in Doe's Addition to the Village (now City) of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; now zoned on the Official Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, approximately 8,277.5 square feet as "R-4" Multiple Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1" Neighborhood Commercial District, as above described.
