ORDINANCE NO. 5130
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO THE "S-1" SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT.
BE IT -ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in
Section 10-4-4, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of
Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to approve a site plan
amendment to the "S-1" Shopping Center District, for property
generally located east of 2541 Crossroads Boulevard to allow for
the construction of a 16,503 square foot Bio -Life Plasma Services
facility, legally described as follows:
Crossroads Plat No. 9, Lot 1, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
and subject to the following condition:
1. That the final site plan meets all applicable city
codes, regulations, etc. including, but not
limited to, parking, landscaping, drainage,
floodplain regulations, etc.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
