ORDINANCE NO. 5156
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO THE "R -1,R -P" PLANNED ONE AND TWO FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in
Section 10-4-4, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of
Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to approve a site plan
amendment to the "R -1,R -P" Planned One and Two Family Residence
District, for property generally located along Madison Street and
Monroe Street, west of Idaho Street, to allow for the
construction of up to six (6) new single-family homes, legally
described as follows:
Lots 1-4 and Lots 15-18 of Block 6 of Hillside
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, State of Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
