AN ORDINANCE VACATING A CITY -OWNED 33 FOOT BY
74 FOOT PORTION OF ALLEY LOCATED IN BLOCK 14
OF HAYES ADDITION BOUNDED BY COMMERCIAL
STREET AND WEST 18TH STREET IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
That part of the alley as platted in Block 14 of Hayes
Addition lying Southeasterly of a Southwesterly
extension of a line drawn parallel and 46 feet
Southeast of the Northwesterly line of Lot 2 in said
Block 14, City of Waterloo, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
