ORDINANCE NO. 5171
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (359) SECOND ST. (W)
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (359) SECOND
ST. (W) OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT
ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (359) Second St. (W) of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2008 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(359) Second St. (W) of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All
Times on Certain Streets, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(359) Second St. (W) Southeast side from Moir Street to
Sullivan Avenue; northwest side
from Sullivan Avenue to Wellington
Street; northwest side from
Randolph Street to Commercial
Street; southeast side from
Commercial Street to Cedar Street.
