ORDINANCE NO. 5151
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EAST 4 FEET OF A
PLATTED 16 FOOT WIDE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF BISMARK
AVENUE AND ANSBOROUGH AVENUE IN GALLOWAY
FIRST ADDITION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
The East four (4) feet of a sixteen (16) foot permanent
easement in even width lying East of and adjacent to
the West thirty-five (35) feet in even width of Lot
Nos. 18, 19,20 ,21, 22 and 23, all in First Addition to
Galloway, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
