ORDINANCE NO. 5165
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO THE "R -1,R -P" PLANNED ONE AND TWO FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in
Section 10-4-4, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of
Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to approve a site plan
amendment to the "R -1,R -P" Planned One and Two Family Residence
District, for property generally located north of Eureka Street
and east of Vermont Street (Baltimore Field), to allow for the
construction of 12 new single-family homes on 3.19 acres of land,
legally described as follows:
Baltimore Field lst Addition, Lots 1-12, to the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
