ORDINANCE NO. 5166
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO THE "R -1,R -P" PLANNED ONE AND TWO FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in
Section 10-4-4, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of
Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to approve a site plan
amendment to the "R -1,R -P" Planned One and Two Family Residence
District, for propertygtenerally bounded by Williston Avenue,
Pleasant Street, West 7 h Street and Allen Street (Williston
Field), to allow for the construction of 5 new single-family
homes on 1.13 acres of land, legally described as follows:
Williston Field Addition, Lots 1-5, to the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
