WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
c lieretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
�istrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,

WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on

T NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications , form of
contract, etc . , for the 2007 Swimming Pool Filter Replacement at
Byrnes Pool in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 2007 .
