RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT FOR MENARD, INC. TO THE "C-P"
PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT FOR CONSTRU .TION
OF A MENARDS STORE

PLAZA, JUST EAST OF HIGHWAY 63 .
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a minor site plan amendment for
Menard, Inc. to the "C-P" Planned Commercial District for
construction of a Menards store on the northern p r tioea t of
of 36
acres generally located north of Logan Plaza, j
Highway 63, legally described as follows:
All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 12, Township 89 North, Range 13 West
of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, described as follows :
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southwest 'I
of the Southwest 1,1; thence North 0054120" West along
the East line of said Southwest 114 of the Southwest lki a
distance of 33 . 00 feet to the North right-of-way of
Donald Street; thence North 89°55' 15" West of Eastan4h
of 33 . 00 feet to the West right-of-way
