ORDINANCE NO. 5556 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF WATERLOO TO VACATE A PORTION OF OREGON STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY, SUBJECT TO THE RETENTION OF A SEWER EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF THE VACATE AREA, LOCATED WEST OF 1628 WASHINGTON STREET. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
