RESOLUTION NO. 2020-405
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING A
DATE OF BID OPENING AS JUNE 25, 2020 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE 29, 2020, FOR THE FY 2021
LEVEE RIP RAP SPRAYING, CONTRACT NO. 1027, AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the FY 2021 Levee Rip Rap Spraying, Contract No. 1027, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Levee Rip Rap
Spraying, Contract No. 1027, be scheduled for June 25, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo,
Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 29th day of June 2020, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Levee Rip Rap Spraying, Contract No.
1027.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
