RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT 2019-2023 FIVE-YEAR CONSOLIDATED PLAN
AND REVISING THE CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN TO RECEIVE
AND ADMINISTER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
FUNDING MADE AVAILABLE THRU THE CORONAVIRUS AID,
RELIEF AND ECONOMIC SECURITY ACT FOR PREVENTION,
PREPARATION AND RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS,
INCLUDING A FIVE-DAY COMMENT PERIOD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amendment to the Community Development 2019-2023 Five -Year Consolidated Plan
revising the Citizen Participation Plan to receive and administer Community Development Block
Grant funding made available thru the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act for
prevention, preparation and response to Coronavirus, including a five-day comment period, is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June 2020.
