RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MSA, INC.,
OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED
MARCH 25, 2019, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $7,000,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE TRAFFIC STUDY OF
RIDGEWAY AVENUE FROM KIMBALL AVENUE TO US
HWY. 63, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with MSA, Inc., of Cedar Rapids,
Iowa, originally executed March 25, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $7,000, in conjunction
with the traffic study of Ridgeway Avenue from Kimball Avenue to US Hwy. 63, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June 2020.
