RESOLUTION NO. 2020-426
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH VANDEWALLE AND ASSOCIATES
FOR FY 2020-2021, IN THE AMOUNT OF $72,000, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH CONTINUED WORK ON
DOWNTOWN WATERLOO PLANNING EFFORTS,
REDEVELOPMENT DESIGN, RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT
AND FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated June 8, 2020, between Vandewalle and
Associates, of Madison, Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $72,000, in
conjunction with continued work on downtown Waterloo planning efforts, redevelopment
design, riverfront development and funding opportunities, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June 2020.
