.WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building

n N -WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has

Wa-.ei�ioo, Iowa, having considered the same.
"DOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATTRIL00, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
coniract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same
are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 2007 .
