RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF KALYANA
SUNDRAM TO REZONE FROM "R-2, C-Z" CONDITIONAL
ZONING DISTRICT TO "R-4" MULTIPLE RESIDENCE
DISTRICT PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF EAST DONALD STREET AND
EAST 4TH STREET, JUST BEHIND LOGAN PLAZA, AS
OCTOBER 22, 2007, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 22nd day of October, 2007,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Kalyana Sundram to rezone from "R-2,C-Z" Conditional Zoning
District to "R-4" Multiple Residence District property generally
located at the northwest corner of East Donald Street and East
4th Street, just behind Logan Plaza and legally described as
follows:
That part of the Southwest ;�4 of the Southwest 1-4 Section
12 Township 89 Range . l3 commencing at the Southeast
corner of said Southwest 1/ of the Southwest �a, thence
North along the East line of said Southwest 1,4 a
distance of 33 feet, thence North 89 Degrees 51 Seconds
West 33 feet to the point of beginning which is the
intersection of the Westerly right-of-way line of East
4th Street and the Northerly right-of-way line of
Donald Street, thence North 89 Degrees 51 Seconds West
along said Northerly right-of-way line 445 . 61 feet,
thence North a distance of 200 . 1 feet, thence North 89
Degrees 51 Seconds West 185 feet, thence North 308 . 41
feet, thence South 89 Degrees 51 Minutes East 628 . 30
feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of East 4th
Street, thence South along said Westerly right-of-way
line 508 . 45 feet to point of beginning except that part

described as commencing at Southeast corner of said

which is intersection of Westerly right-of-way line
East 4th Street and Northerly right-of-way line of
