RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING PERMANENT
c s EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH JOHN KNIGHT,
H d PRESIDENT, WINTERBOTTOM SUPPLY COMPANY.

s WHEREAS, the Permanent Easement Agreement of the hereinafter
cribed parcel is for property to be used in conjunction with
ssahstruction of a new parking lot as part of the Waterloo
141�ermodal Parking Lot Facility Improvements.

rr s NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is accepted and
