RESOLUTION APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
WITH MYRTLE BRACKIN AND DIRECTING EXECUTION

OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

_ n �-BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
`:thEt_- the Encroachment Agreement dated November 13, 2007 to allow
,,an77]e�isting gravel driveway that encroaches approximately 8 feet
-into- the public alley generally located south of 340 Lamont
Sheet to be paved, legally described as follows :
C) -7 -The North 8 feet of the public alley as platted in
°' FBlock 1 of Cole' s Court lying Easterly of a Southerly
<` -extension of the West line of Lot 8 of said Block 1 of
Cole' s Court and Westerly of a Southerly extension of
the East line of Lot 8 of said Block 1 of Cole' s Court,
except the Easterly 27 feet thereof, all in the City of
