WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcel
,, descx'ibed herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,

o � WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcel
i:�7-- in conjunction with the Eastside Riverfront Housing Project .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY" OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the contract for the parcel
hereinafter described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo,
Id�?�, all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, are accepted and approved and the Mayor and
C "A:i-� Clerk_ are authorized and directed to execute the same in
b4.harlf of the City and to execute all instruments necessary to
c=,&ummate the agreement to purchase the property from the owners
tneeof, and the deed for the conveyance of the same are also
ac"T,14N?ted and approved and the City of Waterloo is directed to pay
fcrr ,the property and the incidental expenses necessary to the
c0--kakummation of the sale from City funds .
