>;WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcel
deibed herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,
and
�y ,7WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcel
=_ istxin conjunction with the Eastside Riverfront Housing Project .

s E-NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the contract for the parcel

Hawk- County, Iowa, are accepted and approved and the Mayor and
Cid g Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in
