RESOLUTION NO. 2007-1007
RESOLUTION REMOVING THE PRIVATE STREET KNOWN
AS GUARDIAN ROAD FROM THE CITY OF WATERLOO
STREET INDEX AND MAP.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the removal of the private street known as Guardian Road from
the City of Waterloo Street Index and Map, as the street which
was to be generally located off Ranchero Road west of Highway 63
has not been constructed, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 2007 .
