ORDINANCE NO. 5152
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in
Section 10-4-4, Rezoning Certain Property, of Ordinance No. 5079,
as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to
rezone the property legally described as follows:
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
Fractional Quarter of Section No. Three (3), Township
Eighty-nine (89) North, Range No. Thirteen (13) West of
the Fifth (5th) Principal Meridian, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, bounded as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said Section
which is One Thousand One Hundred Seventy-seven and
Sixty-nine Hundredths (1177.69) feet South of the
Northwest Corner of said Section;
thence North Eighty-nine (89) degrees Sixteen (16)
minutes East a distance of Two Hundred Thirty (230)
feet;
thence South parallel with the West line of said
Section a distance of One Hundred Two and Ninety-four
Hundredths (102.94) feet;
thence East at right angles a distance of One
Hundred Fifty-nine (159) feet;
thence South at right angles a distance of Fifty-
eight (58) feet;
thence East at right angles a distance of Three
Hundred Fifty-four and Seventy-eight Hundredths
(354.78) feet;
thence South at right angles a distance of One
Thousand One Hundred Three and One Hundredths (1103.01)
feet to the South line of the Northwest Fractional
Quarter of said Section;
thence West along the South line of the Northwest
Fractional Quarter of said Section a distance of Seven
Hundred Forty-three and Ninety Hundredths (743.90) feet
to the Southwest Corner of the Northwest Fractional
Quarter of said Section;
thence North One Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-four
and Twenty-one Hundredths (1274.21) feet to the point
of beginning; except the West Fifty (50) feet of the
South One Thousand Seventy-nine and four tenths
(1079.4) feet thereof conveyed to Black Hawk County,
Iowa, for road purposes.
Note: The West line of the Northwest Fractional Quarter
of said Section is assumed to bear due North and South;
now zoned on the Official Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa,
approximately 18 acres of land located at 3730 Wagner Road, as
"R-1" One and Two Family Residence District, be and the same is
hereby zoned as "M-1" Light Industrial District as above
described.

Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
