NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for Phase I Demolition of the Former Chamberlain
Manufacturing Property, 550 Esther Street, Contract No. 741, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 2007 .
