RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELING SPECIAL
y ASSESSMENTS FOR 230 GABLE STREET IN THE CITY

een certified to 230 Gable Street as follows :

of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
:v �_z WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
eBirous to cancel the above-described special assessments, as
�ertified to the Black Hawk County Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
dATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk be and the same hereby
instructed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer that said
described special assessments for property located at 230 Gable
z8treet, as legally described above, be and the same are hereby
,qanceled.
