RESOLUTION NO. 2020-441
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH
IMPROVEMENTS TO HANGAR NO. 4, WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT, PROJECT NO. 9-I-200-ALO-200 IOWA
DOT AVIATION BUREAU CONTRACT NO. 21613.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Airport Director of said City to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Improvements to Hangar No. 4, Waterloo Regional Airport, Project No. 9-I-
200-ALO-200 Iowa DOT Aviation Bureau Contract No. 21613, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the Improvements to Hangar No. 4, Waterloo Regional Airport, Project
No. 9-I-200-ALO-200 Iowa DOT Aviation Bureau Contract No. 21613, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 15, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Improvements to Hangar No. 4, Waterloo Regional Airport, Project No. 9-I-200-ALO-200 Iowa
DOT Aviation Bureau Contract No. 21613, are hereby approved, and said project proceed in
accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June 2020.
