RESOLUTION NO. 2020-445
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $14,550, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FYE 21 POLICE VEHICLE EQUIPMENT NEEDS, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, Electronic Engineering of Waterloo, Iowa, submitted a bid in the amount of
$14,550, per the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said project with
Resolution No. 2020-444, after public hearing on June 15, 2020, in conjunction with the FYE 21
Police vehicle equipment needs, and is the apparent low bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the bid of Electronic Engineering, in the amount of $14,550, in
conjunction with the FYE 21 Police vehicle equipment needs, is hereby awarded, and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June 2020.
