RESOLUTION NO. 2020-453
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MAIN STREET WATERLOO, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $60,000, FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated June 15, 2020, between Main Street Waterloo
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $60,000, for Fiscal Year 2021, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June 2020.
