RESOLUTION NO. 2020-454
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH I & S GROUP, INC., OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,000, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION
CENTER STRUCTURAL PENTHOUSE SUPPORT PROJECT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated June 15, 2020, between I & S Group, Inc. and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $10,000, in conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers
Convention Center Structural Penthouse Support Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June 2020.
