RESOLUTION NO. 2012-004
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2012
RIVERFRONT SPORTS PARK SHELTER PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc., in conjunction with the 2012 Riverfront Sports Park
Shelter Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in
conjunction with the 2012 Riverfront Sports Park Shelter Project,
which were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2011-1141 on
December 12, 2011 and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January
3, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the 2012
Riverfront Sports Park Shelter Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 2012.
