RESOLUTION NO. 2012-006
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE OF 915
LAFAYETTE, STREET, 917 LAFAYETTE, STREET, 919
LAFAYETTE STREET, 927 LAFAYETTE STREET AND
1021 LAFAYETTE STREET, CONTRACT NO. 174-D-
NSP3-01-09-12.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Development Director of said
City to prepare plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate
of cost, etc., in conjunction with the demolition and site
clearance of 915, 917, 919, 927 and 1021 Lafayette Street,
Contract No. 174-D-NSP3-01-09-12, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said Community Development Director did file said
plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc.
in conjunction with the demolition and site clearance of 915,
917, 919, 927 and 1021 Lafayette Street, Contract No. 174-D-NSP3-
01-09-12, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution No.
2011-1143 on December 12, 2011 and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January
3, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the
demolition and site clearance of 915, 917, 919, 927 and 1021
Lafayette Street, Contract No. 174-D-NSP3-01-09-12, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 2012.
