RESOLUTION NO. 2012-012
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND
RELEASE OF FINAL PAYMENT FOR WORK PERFORMED
BY MILLER FENCE CO. OF WATERLOO IOWA, AT A
TOTAL COST OF $28,421.00 IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE 2011 CEDAR RIVER YOUTH SPORTS COMPLEX
FENCING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Miller Fence Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $28,421.00 in
conjunction with the 2011 Cedar River Youth Sports Complex
Fencing Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Statement of Completion and Final Acceptance of Work be
and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 2012.
