RESOLUTION NO. 2012-23
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MAIN STREET WATERLOO, FOR TWO
(2) YEARS, (FY 13 AND FY 14) AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Service Agreement dated January 9, 2012, for $40,000 per
year, for FY13 and FY14, to prioritize downtown development,
activities, events, and the coordination toward progression and
revitalization of the city core, by and between Main Street
Waterloo, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 2012.
