RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH J.J.B. PROPERTIES,
LLC AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the First Amendment to the original Development Agreement
dated November 5, 2007 extending the completion date from January
1, 2009 to January 1, 2010 and changing the Minimum
Assessment end date from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2025,
by and between J.J.B. Properties, LLC and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 2012.
