RESOLUTION NO. 2012-036
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING AS JANUARY
23, 2012 TO APPROVE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
ASBESTOS REMOVAL AT 910 WEST SHAULIS ROAD;
AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 23rd day of January, 2012,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with asbestos removal at 910 West Shaulis Road, in
the City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January 2012.
