RESOLUTION NO. 2012-037
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SIX (6) 2013
MODEL YEAR PATROL CARS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Public Works Director of said City to
prepare proposed request for specifications, bid document, etc.,
in conjunction with the purchase of six (6) 2013 model year
patrol cars, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said request
for specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction with the
purchase of six (6) 2013 model year patrol cars.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of six (6) 2013 model year patrol
cars, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January 2012.
