RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING AND BID
OPENING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF
SIX (6) 2013 MODEL YEAR PATROL CARS, FEBRUARY
6, 2012, AT 5:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENT, ETC., AND TAKING OF BIDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of February, 2012,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction with the
purchase of six (6) 2013 model year patrol cars, in the City of
Waterloo, with the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 2012.
