RESOLUTION NO. 2012-042
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RENTAL/PURCHASE OF ONE
(1) USED VERMEER TG525L TUB GRINDER.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-041, resolution confirming
approval of specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction
with the purchase of one (1) used Vermeer TG5251 tub grinder, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by
this Council after the public hearing on January 23, 2012 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that said rental/purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 2012.
