RESOLUTION NO. 2012-043
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS, PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
ASBESTOS REMOVAL AT 910 WEST SHAULIS ROAD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Planning & Development
Director of said City to prepare a request for proposals, plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
asbestos removal at 910 West Shaulis Road, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning & Development Director did
file said preliminary request for proposals, plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
asbestos removal at 910 West Shaulis Road, which were
preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2012-036 on January 9,
2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January
23, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed request for proposal, plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
asbestos removal at 910 West Shaulis Road, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 2012.
