RESOLUTION NO. 2012-044
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASBESTOS REMOVAL AT 910
WEST SHAULIS ROAD.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-043, resolution confirming
approval for proposals, plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the asbestos removal at 910 West
Shaulis Road, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved
and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on January
23, 2012 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council, that said asbestos
removal at 910 West Shaulis Road proceed in accordance with said
specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 2012.
