RESOLUTION NO. 2012-045
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT, TO ATC ASSOCIATES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,850.00,
FOR PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT AT
THE FOLLOWING PROPERTIES: 915, 917, 919, 927,
1003, 1013 AND 1021 LAFAYETTE STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract with ATC Associates, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $1,850.00, in conjunction with the Phase I
Environmental Site Assessment at 915, 917, 919, 927, 1003, 1013
and 1021 Lafayette Street, described in the plans and
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2012-006, after public hearing on
January 3, 2012 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby awarded, the same being the apparent lowest bid for said
project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 2012.
