RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE WITH R COMPANY DBA
FRICKSON BACKHOE AND TRUCKING OF EVANSDALE,
IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $28,700.00, FOR
DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE OF THE FLOOWING
PROPERTIES: 915,917,919,927 AND 1021
LAFAYETTE STREET, CONTRACT NO. 174-D-NSP3-01-
09-12, AND MAYOR AND CITY CLERK AUTHORIZED TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract of R Company, DBA Frickson Backhoe and
Trucking of Evansdale, Iowa, for the Phase I Environmental Site
Assessment of 915, 917, 919, 927, and 1021 Lafayette Street, in
the amount of $28,700.00, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 23rd
day of January, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said Contract, as surety thereon, be, and
the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 2012.
