RESOLUTION NO. 2012-052
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO WATERLOO IMPLEMENT, WATERLOO, IOWA,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $79,503.70, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PURCHASE OF 2012 GOLF TURF
EQUIPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Waterloo Implement, Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $79,503.70, in conjunction with the purchase of 2012
golf turf equipment, described in the specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said project with Resolution No.
2012-018, after public hearing on January 9, 2012 on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 2012.
