RESOLUTION APPROVING LETTER OF INTENT WITH
BLACK HAWK COUNTY CONSERVATION BOARD
(BHCCB)FOR THE FUTURE CONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
OF LOTS 49, 50, 51 AND 52 OF SHERWOOD PARK,
AS PART OF THE SHERWOOD PARK RECREATION AREA
AND HARTMAN RESERVE EXPANSION PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that a Letter of Intent with Black Hawk County Conservation
Board and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, dated January 23, 2012, for
future conveyance of a portion of Lots 49, 50, 51 and 52 of
Sherwood Park, along Greenwood Avenue east of Highway 218 for the
development of a boat ramp and parking area, is hereby approved
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 2012.
