RESOLUTION NO. 2012-059
RESOLUTION APPROVING REAL ESTATE SALE
CONTRACT WITH THE HEENE FAMILY TRUST, FOR THE
ACQUISITION OF 218 WEST MULLEN AVENUE AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that that the Contract dated January 23, 2012 between the Heene
Family Trust, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa in the amount of
$450,000.00 with up to $10,000.00 in city environmental and
closing costs, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January 2012.
