RESOLUTION NO. 2012-060
RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION AGREEMENT WITH
HOWARD L. ALLEN INVESTMENTS, INC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH DEMOLITION AT 123 STANLEY
COURT AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that that the Extension Agreement dated January 23, 2012 between
the Howard L. Allen Investments, Inc. and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa extending the timeline for demolition of the trucking
facility located at 123 Stanley Court, from January 31, 2012 to
February 29, 2012, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January 2012.
