RESOLUTION NO. 2012-062
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND RELEASE OF FINAL PAYMENT
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY B & B BUILDERS & SUPPLY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$139,950.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIRE
STATION CONCRETE REPLACEMENT & REPAIR
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, B & B Builders & Supply of Waterloo, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $139,950.00 in
conjunction with the Fire Station Concrete Replacement & Repair
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance are hereby approved and the final pay estimate for
work performed by B & B Builders & Supply in the amount of
$6,997.50 is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized and directed to execute said documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January 2012.
