RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS,
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH ASBESTOS SURVEY
SERVICES FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 820 AND
910 SYCAMORE STREET AND 626-628 WEST 9TH
STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AS JANUARY
30, 2012, AT 5:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE,
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 30th day of January, 2012,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed Request
for Proposals, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with Asbestos Survey Services for properties located
at 820 and 910 Sycamore Street and 626-628 West 9th Street, in
the City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 2012.
